Hohtälligrat | Ridge leading to the Gornergrat with the Gornergrat railway station (3090 m). In the background (in the clouds) the Matterhorn. I had taken this picture before my last downhill skiing of the day; down to Zermatt in this memorable light. ---- Der Hohtälligrat ist der Verbindungsgrat zwischen dem Gornergrat und dem Hohtälli auf rund 3800 Metern Höhe. Links ist der Gornergletscher zu sehen, im Hintergrund das Matterhorn. Ich machte das Bild vor meiner letzten Abfahrt des Tages in diesem unvergesslichen Licht. Als Zusatzfreude war die Strecke bis Sunnegga weitgehend menschenleer. - Realized with Pictrs.com
