Eine partielle Sonnenfinsternis war angesagt, deshalb ging ich auf den See. Das Ereignis war eher langweilig und enttäuschend, deshalb habe ich ein Buch auf die Wasseroberfläche gelegt und damit experimentiert.

A partial solar eclipse was announced, so I went to the lake. The event was rather boring and disappointing, so I put a book on the surface of the water and experimented with it.
